Bhajans for everyone
The Kirtan Band is led by Sulekh Ruparell, a UK-based professional Indian classical musician of 25 years and an expert in Hindi and Gujarati bhajans as well as Sant Vani and Sufi styles.
A truly vast repertoire that encompasses the well-known classics of Anup Jalota, Hari Om Sharan and Jagjit Singh, the traditional Gujarati poetry as sung by Narayan Swami and Hemant Chauhan as well as the best of Sufi by greats like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Abida Parveen.

Flexible Line-Up
The Band can perform as a Duo with just Vocals (+Harmonium) and Tabla as well as a Trio and Quartet. That means, the Band can accommodate you whatever your space or event.
